Force Sensing Tension Links

The Force Sensing Tension Link is another unique strain gage transducer developed by Strainsert. The Links utilize the internal strain gage process perfected by Strainsert during the last forty five years and used so successfully in Strainsert bolts, Load Pins, and Flat Load Cells. The sensing element consists of a strain gage bridge circuit internally installed in a small hole along the longitudinal axis. This unique arrangement provides a most effective means for the protection and sealing of the internal electronics while minimizing the adverse effects of extraneous torsional and bending loads.

	STL Series, Force Sensing Tension Links for Anchor and Chain Shackles These Force Sensing Tension Links are designed for easy integration and use with standard Crosby Shackle hardware, and are available in standard capacities ranging from 1,500 to 350,000 pounds. The load links are easily installed in the shackles for quick and accurate measurement of applied tension force.
	TLLR and TLLF Series, Force Sensing Tension Links with Pivot Ends These Tension Links offer precision Force Measurement by integrating the Tension Link into the load path. These links are designed with lug ends (thru hole) and are available with ends at 90 degrees, or in-line. Capacities range from 1,000 to 400,000 pounds.
	TLS, TLN, TLNS Series, Force Sensing Tension Links with Threaded Ends The Tension Links are designed and manufactured with a variety of end attachment configurations to fit many different types of hardware installations. They are available with male threads, female threads, or a combination of male/female threads. Capacities range from 1,000 to 400,000 pounds.
